The CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND Took a HOMELESS MAN's Dog 

and Violated a Court Order to Keep the Dog, 

nearly destroying this man, with No Remorse. 

The City Attorney, All County Prosecutors, 

Police, a Local Non-Profit and 

Sheriff Deputies were involved.

The Motive is a Mystery as the man had no money. the Motive seems to be flat out cruelty to a fellow human being in order to pat each other on the back in some Do Gooder Fashion. Look at us we saved a Dog. A bunch of Lawless Criminals that No One Will Bring to Justice. Anyway here is the Chronology of Events, best I can do. I have told every Law Authority I possibly can. NO ONE CARES, No One is Listening.

Despite a Court Order in March of 2021 to Return Moses to Michael, the Entire Port Townsend Jefferson County Government Defied the Order and Kept the Dog, gave Michael Criminal Charges and gave him the $26,000 bill to board his stolen property, his emotional support dog, his best friend and his EVERYTHING.
